Bees and comb, high in a tree
Kirk sent this great photo of a bee colony (and its open comb) perched high in a tree in Silver Lake.
This looks like another live-and-let-live situation. Until someone shows up with a crane or wants to do some serious climbing, these bees aren't going anywhere.
